Simon Baker

Simon began his career with the Bristol & West Building Society successfully working in a number of different areas including Insurance, Investment and Asset Management before moving to work for a number of top 20 sales operations.


From here Simon joined the Lehman Brothers mortgage lender Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited and was tasked with developing the distribution and new business proposition throughout the UK.


Seeing an opportunity in the market he then set up, launched and ran a successful mortgage broking operation before joining Beacon Homeloans where he was instrumental in building the lender's distribution model and was responsible for new business generation.
