Who are Omnii Solutions?

Omnii Solutions was formed in 2007 to develop CheckIT™ an online system for advisers and their clients. CheckIT™ provides an adviser with a range of tools to assist them when providing advice to their clients. Part of this process includes assisting you, the client, in acquiring your credit file in order that your adviser can provide you with the most accurate and appropriate advice. By using the CheckIT™ service you will receive a copy of your Equifax Credit Rating™ report. This report contains both your credit file and a credit score.

The CheckIT™ System
Omnii has partnered with Equifax to allow you the customer to gain access to your Equifax Credit Rating™ report and make this report available to your adviser. The CheckIT™ system assists you in this process and subject to your agreement will also make the Equifax Credit Rating™ report available to your adviser. The CheckIT™ system is hosted in a secure environment and your Equifax Credit Rating™ report will be automatically deleted after 30 days. You will be able to review your Equifax Credit Rating™ report during this time either in the CheckIT™ service or by going direct to Equifax using the login information you will set as part of the Equifax registration process. Your information is kept highly confidential and only you and your adviser will have access to this information during the 30 day period.

Using The CheckIT™ Service

• You will be required to enter some personal information into CheckIT™ which will be transferred into the Equifax service.
• You will be asked to confirm whether or not you have used the Equifax service before. The answer to this question will customise the process you will be required to go through when entering the Equifax service.
• You will be required to confirm your agreement to the CheckIT™ service Terms & Conditions which include the Equifax Terms & Conditions. You can view these Terms & Conditions as an *Adobe® PDF document. This will allow you to either print them or save a copy to your computer.
• You may be asked to pay for the service dependent upon the arrangement with your adviser and his organisation.
• You will be taken into the Equifax service to input either your existing Login details, if you are an existing customer of Equifax, or to complete a series of multiple choice “Challenge Security Questions”. These questions are dynamically created based upon the content of your credit file. The “Challenge Security Questions” are used to ensure that only you can access your credit file. It is important that you answer these questions correctly and we recommend that you have available prior to starting this process any statements or documentation surrounding credit arrangements you may have.
• The system contains comprehensive HELP text on each page. This HELP text is page sensitive and is aimed at assisting you as much as possible when requesting your Equifax Credit Rating™ report.
• Once you have successfully negotiated either the Login process or the “Challenge Security Question” process your Equifax Credit Rating™ report will be delivered. You will then be able to view your Equifax Credit Rating™ report and the CheckIT™ service consolidated report as an *Adobe® PDF document. This will allow you to either print them or save a copy to your computer.
