CHECKIT™ Plus

As with CHECKIT™, CHECKIT™ Plus provides checks that are required as part of the Money Laundering Regulations, a credit risk assessment of the client so that an adviser can more effectively tailor their advice and an automated property valuation. CHECKIT™ Plus also provides a ‘property reinstatement’ value that can be used earlier in the transaction process to quote and arrange for insurance to be available on completion. This gives the adviser the opportunity to do this business rather than allow the client to be sold a potentially more expensive product by the lender.

CHECKIT™ Plus also provides an Acorn code for the client that can be used by the adviser when segmenting clients for marketing and promotional services.
